Come spend an evening cooking with me!

My spirit thrives on playful creativity. I’ve worn many hats and I do a lot of things. Years of education in health, fitness, nutrition and movement therapy have collided with my love of vegetables, cooking and creating in the kitchen. My kitchen is a joyous playground.
I am a cook, a plant eating enthusiast, a health educator, a yoga teacher and movement therapist, a veteran of mime theater, a writer, director and teacher of children’s movement arts programs. I’m drawn to nature, and if I’m not breathing it in while skiing, hiking or camping, I’m letting nature express itself as a professional floral arts designer.
Brainstorming creative ideas circulates in my blood. I love the creative process and I love a nicely organized produce section. The colors of vegetables make me happy. Encouraging eating more veggies, as the signature feature of a fuller culinary experience is what guides my menu. What guides our evening together is hands-on learning, sharing, inspiration and fun.
I am a multi-tasking event planning wizard and a believer in the #1 rule of improv theater…always say “YES!”.
